This series consists of reports pertaining to the 16th section of land notes in each county that are unpaid. Included are the date, the county name, the date on which the land was sold, the names of the persons who bought the land, the township number, the range number, when the payment was due, the amount, date when the suit was filed, the names of the Bank attorneys, and remarks made by attorneys. This series serves a useful purpose in the study of the liquidation of the State Bank and its Branches.
